Superb service, beautifully decorated place. The beach was clean. Again, it was set walking distance to the bowery ballroom. Hotel was spotless, the staff was hard-working. Pool was excellent too.

Location was FAB, and I greatly enjoyed well priced rooms and patient staff. The room had hairdryer and closet space plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The hotel of choice in New York City.

I liked that it was perfectly clean and adequate, the stuff where helpful and rooms were very pretty. The hotel was near Manhattan and Grand St train station thanks to its typical location. Incredible view of sea. Extensive breakfast, good service. The pool was lovely and I had bottled drinks in the poolside bar.

I loved all the hotel offered : really comfortable beds and helpfull staff. Room was beautifully clean and fully equipped with a wonderful bathroom. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. Positioned in the interesting area. Terrific venue, 12 miles from LaGuardia airport. Easy check-in too.

Great views and location and all in all it's superior hotel. The bed was comfy and the bathroom - clean. It was right by Pond. Also, we could visit Soho, it was 5 minutes' drive away.
